Bioactive herbal treatment mask, with a direct action on the lymphatic system and fascia. This formulation creates a drastic change in the waste removal systems of the face, neck and decolletage and visibly oxygenates blood flow. It has also been designed to encourage hyaluronic acid production in the tissue, reduce inflammation, promote wound healing and create a deep sense of peace in the entire system. This is not simply a “clay mask”!!
All plants have been handled delicately by Avasa Ritual directly, to create fresh and potent extracts that have no hidden ingredients like the commercially bought plant extracts that are usually found in organic skin preparations. These processes take upwards of 5 days, and provide water-soluble constituents that can be utilised by the skin cells quickly and effectively, unlike ground plant material, that leaves a grit and is unable to be used by the skin. The tightening and compression action of the mask has a dual effect - the action on the systems and fascia mentioned above, and the ability to create a ‘vac seal’ over the face so the plant compounds are absorbed in the first few minutes of the mask application.

Using this mask correctly is the secret to its power.
-Prepare system with dry brushing/ contrast therapy/ infrared
-Using a mask brush mix 1 tbs slowly with cold herbal tea until frothy & smooth, 1 tsp at a time
-Apply upward from the collar bones to the whole face & behind the ears
-Keep still & deep breathe for 15-30 min, rinse in shower or very well with running water/ spray bottle
You will feel a deep pulsating action that demonstrates the increase in waste removal and blood circulation. After rinsing you may experience an erythema-type effect that highlights the capillaries and veins in your face, neck and decolletage which is a fantastic result, highlighting how much oxygen is flowing into the face. It will usually last only around 10-20 minutes. You may also experience tingling and itching during the mask, which is a symptom of cell transport of nutrients and cell waste removal.
We recommend a patch test and if it burns or is painful - remove as this is a sign you may be allergic to an ingredient.
You may combine the mask with red light or infrared therapy to enhance results. Should be performed after cleansing and/or exfoliating and before more invasive modalities such as microneedling.
Finish with cold therapy such as a cold plunge, cold shower, ice globes, ice face bath etc
If you have a beard and would like to use this treatment, focus the application behind and in front of the ears, the whole neck and collarbones, decolletage and near armpits. Perform some form of lymphatic drainage on the eye area beforehand.
It is recommended to use this mask every day for three days or twice a week for four weeks for best results. 1-2x weekly can be continued indefinitely. Reduce usage if the skin feels dry and use a naturally occurring humectant such as honey or aloe vera underneath the mask if dehdyrated.
